Arthur Cervero personality type is ENFP, a type well known for being highly creative and imaginative. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about that.
Back in college, I was interested primarily in music, especially the band The Cure, which was primarily a band of ENFPs, and I took a lot of their songs and made them into poems. I guess it would be a lot harder to classify my personality type if I didn’t have a creative outlet, but I can turn my personality type into a strength at times.
My personality type is also one that makes me a good listener. I can sit with people and listen to them talk, and their words will pour out to me. I don’t have to talk a lot, but if I do, I can really dig into the topic, and I can keep people talking for hours at a time. I like talking about the future, though sometimes if people are really distracted or if they are really angry or sad, I’ll just kind of leave the conversation because some things are not worth having to struggle through.
I think my ENFP brain gets really excited about the future, and I like how it is very analytical.
