Lajon Witherspoon personality type is ISFP, which is the first time I've seen one of these type combinations. He's clearly channeling some of his dad's ISFP-ness here, but since his dad is more of an INTP, it's probably more accurate for him to be an INFJ.
Ultimately, Lajon has the same problems as I do with the Myers-Briggs system: the four preferences are too small to make for a good model of personality. It's like trying to model the whole universe with three dimensions. I'm not saying the MBTI has no value, but it doesn't make for a good map of the universe. The Myers-Briggs system has value for some people, but it's not meant to be used as an exhaustive map of the universe. If you're trying to get people to think of their preferences in terms of "types" like this, you're asking people to do something that is not always easy for them, and you're asking them to do it in a way that does not match their actual development.
