The drummer is described as a "sensuous" person with a "sensuous nature." This doesn't sound like a good fit for the ESFP. ISTJs are very sensitive and have a very strong need for order and structure in their lives. They are concerned about what other people think of them, and they are quite concerned about their own status. They are much less concerned about what other people think of them than the other preference groups. The ISTJ is about as introverted as it gets, and thus would be expected to be described as "sensuous."
