Rabura Chichibu personality type is ESFP, but I believe that if I were to go with the J type, it would be ENFP. There are very few people of each type in the office, so I’m only able to talk with the guy for a few minutes. He was born on July 10, 1979, and is currently working at the company as an office manager. He already has a long experience working there: he started working there as an intern when he was 19, and worked as a worker there for nine years until he was transferred to the office manager position. After the transfer, he began attending college, and then returned to work as an office manager in April of this year.
His first impression of the office was “It’s too quiet.” His job is to make sure that everyone knows what they are supposed to do and to hold meetings. Also, he is in charge of scheduling the time off and other events. His favorite topic that he talks about often is his experience at university, such as going abroad for study in Spain for one year. He also loves playing basketball and taking photos, and he is also an avid reader of manga. He likes to go out with his friends for a meal or to a bar.
