Tim Lambesis personality type is ESTP, which is the same as mine.
I recently read an article that explained that ESTPs are most comfortable with people who are willing to be social with them. I'm not sure if I would agree with this, but it made sense to me. ESTPs are really expressive and enjoy being around people.
That being said, I do believe ESTPs are more likely to be involved in extracurricular activities than introverted types because they enjoy stimulating conversations.
The only downside I see to being an ESTP personality type is that they can appear insensitive when they do not take other people's feelings into consideration. That being said, if they are in an extracurricular activity that involves interacting with people, they will learn how to be more sensitive.
I have known many ESTPs over the years, and have no problem with their way of being. They are genuine people who are always happy to talk to me about anything.
At the end of the day, it really doesn't matter what personality type you are, as long as you are genuine and honest. That's all that matters when you are in a relationship.
