Matt Berninger personality type is INFP, which is the same as Josh. Both are very much in tune with their inner emotions and when they do something, they simply do it because they feel like doing it. They are not motivated by external signs. They just act.
But what I loved about their conversation was that it had a lot of depth to it that wasn’t just surface level. It dealt with a lot of emotional stuff that many people don’t want to talk about. While they both have very strong personalities, they both have a lot of vulnerability. When discussing their relationship, they spoke about how they both have had a lot of past relationships ended by violence and how they both have a lot of deep-seated fears and insecurities. This conversation made me think about my relationship. My relationship ended by violence too, but for a different reason than theirs, and I fear a lot of things about it that they don’t seem to fear. And I think that’s normal.
