Mike Dirnt personality type is ISTP, and I (Casey Burns) am an ISFP. To me, this gives the band a certain chemistry, and it also makes it pretty clear why we seem to hit it off so well.
There is still an element of mystery surrounding the band, as this is the first interview that I’ve ever done with them. However, as they would tell me later, it is their first interview as a group. One of my favorite things about ISFPs and ISFJs is the fact that we tend to be pretty cool and cool-headed. I know that we can tend to be quiet and not pay too much attention to people, but we also tend to be the ones who are constantly helping others out. This helps us get to know people better. It also means that we are constantly looking out for the best interest of others, which sometimes means helping them out when they don’t realize how helpful they are being.

He is best known as the co-founder, bassist, backing and occasional lead vocalist of Green Day. He has also played in several other bands, including the Frustrators. His stage name was originally a nickname that his friends from grade school gave him, as he constantly played "air bass" and made a "dirnt, dirnt, dirnt" noise while pretending to pluck the strings.
