“I have a very low tolerance for being yelled at, being screamed at, being berated, being belittled, being publicly embarrassed,” he says. “It doesn’t sit well with me. I don’t like it. I think it’s disrespectful. I think it’s unnecessary. There are better ways of doing things.”
