Whittle personality type is ISTJ, which is one of the 16 types. Seemingly contradictory and polarizing, ISTJs are known as the doers. As a type, they are practical and down-to-earth. They are not so much introspective, as they are pragmatic. They are good at making decisions, and have a good head for numbers. They have a good understanding of how a situation will turn out, and disproportionately appear to be-good at predicting the future. They are good at making plans, and are good at implementation. They are not as prone to daydreaming. They are very good at seeing the big picture, but have a hard time seeing this in a subjective context. ISTJs often have a poor understanding of their own emotions, and happiness is rarely a strong indicator that they are content. When distressed, ISTJs tend to think and take action first, before they feel anything. They are very practical and pragmatic, and will often ignore their own wants or needs in order to meet the needs of others.
