Jason DiLaurentis personality type is ISTP, because the way he thinks and talks is "I think, therefore I am." He is a person who is logical and methodical, and does not believe in emotions. He is a very careful person, always thinking about what he says. This is shown in his actions as well as his words. He doesn't think too much about what he's doing, but rather thinks about what he can do best to solve a problem. Once he has a plan, he doesn't deviate from it unless it is extremely important to do something different.
Although he is a very logical person, he is very loyal to those he cares about. He cares a lot about Spencer, and does anything he can for him. He is very protective of Spencer, and does anything to protect him. As seen in Season 3, when Spencer told Jason to stop protecting Spencer, Jason agreed with him and put himself before Spencer.
Jason has a very strong sense of justice, and right and wrong. This is shown when he fights with Aria because Aria lied to him about not knowing who killed Ezra, and when she lies to him about Mike telling her about the body at the boathouse.
