This makes sense to me because you have to have a certain level of creativity and intuition in order to be an INFJ. If you’re not artistic, don’t have a lot of imagination or ability to see things from different perspectives, and generally aren’t interested in exploring the inner and outer world, than you probably aren’t truly an INFJ. You may be an INFP, but at least you’ll know that you aren’t depressed all the time.
So what does that mean for you as a person who knows you are INFP? You tend to stay in the same place emotionally. You may not always be sad or depressed, but if something happens and you’re in a situation that makes you uncomfortable, you can become a lot more upset.
For example, I had an experience where I was surrounded by a lot of people and didn’t know who was in my personal space.
