Being a chatta person implies a combination of assertive energy and an intelligent and assertive manner. Chatta people are usually very open, even somewhat brash with others, and seem to know what they want and how to get it. They are dominant, but not aggressive; they are quick to make decisions and often make people follow their lead. They are intelligent and know how to use their intelligence well. They can be charming and can build strong friendships and alliances for themselves and their ideas. They know what they want and how to get it, and they know what is right and what is wrong. A chatta person is generally not at all interested in working alone, but they work best when working with others. They enjoy sharing ideas and feelings with others, and they can work well as part of a team or as a leader of a team.
