The SQUIP personality type is ENTJ, i.e. a strong J-type personality.
ENTJ stands for Extraverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, Judging, and the unofficial abbreviation is INTJ. This is a very rare type, and is the only one of the 16 Myers-Briggs types that is even rarer.
In contrast to J-types, who are more extroverted and action-oriented, ENTJs are more introverted and more focused on thought and ideas. This is often coupled with a very high level of intelligence, which they use to make decisions. ENTJs are also very energetic and active – they're always on the move – and they're very good at getting their way. They're quite passionate about what they do, and they can become obsessed with a single idea or a single concern. ENTJs are very different from J-types in their way of expressing emotions – they prefer to keep them to themselves, which can make them seem emotionally cold.
ENTJ personalities are hard to find – people with these personalities are often very quiet or even introverted, and they often don't reveal their true selves until they feel safe enough to do so.
