Boris Badenov played an important role in the final fight between the Dukes of the Grand Duchy and Count Vongo, in which he served as a leader of the armed forces. After defeating Count Vongo, Boris Badenov was declared the new ruler of the Grand Duchy. As a token of his gratitude for saving the Grand Duchy, Nika gave Boris Badenov her handkerchief, which was later used by him in many missions.
One of Boris Badenov's most important missions was the attempt to destroy the mind-control devices that Count Vongo had planted in the Grand Duchy's citizens, which were causing them to act insane.
