ESTJ (3w4)

ESTJs are often confused with ISFJs, but the two do have a few key differences. The biggest one is that ISFJs have a natural affinity for theoretical knowledge – INFJs are the most likely to be fascinated by the possibilities of theoretical knowledge, while ESTJs are the least likely to be fascinated by it.

The second biggest difference is that, while ISFJs are extremely loyal, ESTJs are extremely loyal (to themselves, at least).

The third difference is that ISFJs tend to be more detached and detached; they’re more focused on how they feel about something, rather than what they feel about something.

ESTJs, on the other hand, are extremely focused on what they feel about something (and oddly, very disloyal).

ESTJs are also more action-oriented than ISFJs, which might lead one to believe that they’re more action-oriented than they actually are. While this is true, it’s not really relevant for this article.

The Once-ler Personality Type is ESTJ

You won't see the Once-ler. Don't knock at his door. He stays in his Lerkim on top of his store. He stays in his Lerkim, cold under the floor, where he makes his own clothes out of miff-muffered moof. And on special dank midnights in August, he peeks out of the shutters and sometimes he speaks and tells how the Lorax was lifted away. He'll tell you, perhaps... if you're willing to pay.
