Dr. Marina Blaize personality type is INTJ, (Introverted Intuitive Thinking Judging). I think you are an excellent judge of character. I think it is important to be very specific with your expectations, but also to be open minded. I loved the comment about the possibility of the Tic. There are so many times when people focus on the negative and can't see the positive. I loved your review of Dr. Blaize. I am sure she knows what she is doing. She was very thorough and has had countless hours of training. I tried to read Dr. Blaize's book about Asperger's syndrome, but I didn't understand it. I had to give up. You are right that I should look into that more.
I agree with you 100%, that the type system is not perfect. However, it is not really meant to be perfect, but to help us understand ourselves and others better. For example, the "professional" system was introduced after WW II and after WWII, there were so many people fighting in the war zone and so many professionals needed to keep the whole country running.
