Brent: Okay, so what do you think about these differences between the ISTJ and the ENTJ?
Greg: Well this will probably be a long answer because I know that you want to learn all that you can. I’m going to tell you what I think but I’m going to try to be as brief as possible. I think that that the ENTJ is a bit more confident in himself, a bit more sure of himself, a bit more self-assured, a bit more secure in his beliefs, a bit more comfortable in his own skin, a bit more sure of his decisions, a bit more confident in his ability to make decisions. And I think also he’s a bit more direct, a bit more blunt, a bit more blunt in his communication. Is that an accurate assessment of the ENTJ? I’m going to say that.
