INTJs are hard to work with because they always have a different agenda. The INTJ wants to know why you're doing what you're doing and how it's going to benefit them. They have a very particular view of the world and don't like to be told what to do. They will work hard to prove that they were right and will hold you accountable for any mistakes. If you're not careful, they'll take over the project and you'll have to work your ass off just to keep them from kicking you out.
As leaders, they tend to have a lot of faith in their own decisions and will often overrule others. They will also demand a lot of respect from their team, and if they feel disrespected, they may decide to quit.
