It is often the personality type that people describe themselves as and it is the most common type of personality out of those I have measured in my data sets. In my research I found that ESFJs are often described as “nice”, “nice people”, “caring” and “people-pleasing”. This is also a trait that I have observed in my research, as ESFJs are often very empathetic and are quick to try and understand what others are going through.
