Tomoko Personality Type, MBTI

Tomoko personality type is ESTJ, but she is a little bit more of a "traditional" ESTJ than the average model of the type. She is the type of person who cares about being organized and making decisions, and will do most anything she can to keep her home/office/life in order. She cares a lot about what other people think, and will go out of her way to accommodate them. She has a strong sense of duty and responsibility, and while she isn't afraid to speak her mind, she knows when to keep quiet and not stir things up. She will often be the one who tries to bring the peace and harmony to the situation, which I think is a nice quality about her. She is a very responsible person, but isn't afraid to let her hair down a bit and have fun with her friends. She does like to be in charge, but she also knows when to let someone else be responsible for something.
