Antonio Gramsci personality type is INTJ, so I'm not sure if the book is even accurate, ultimately. The book is filled with misunderstandings, misinterpretations, and generalizations.
And the book didn't even address the most important factor of all, which is: how do we know what's true?
Take a look at these two tests.
What is your Myers-Briggs Personality Type?
This test is based on a book called "Myers-Briggs Type Indicator" by Isabel Briggs Myers and Katherine Briggs. This book was published in the 1960s, and it's full of inaccurate information.
In this test we're asked to choose between two statements: A is true, and B is true. There are four possible choices for each statement: no preference; A is true; and B is true.
This is not a personality test, because we're not asking you to think about things like what you like to do and how you feel about things in life. We're asking you to make a decision based on what the author of the test wants you to decide. The author of this test doesn't even know your own beliefs, so how can you trust your own beliefs?
Antonio Francesco Gramsci (22 January 1891 – 27 April 1937) was an Italian Marxist philosopher and communist politician. He wrote on political theory, sociology and linguistics. He attempted to break from the economic determinism of traditional Marxist thought and so is considered a key neo-Marxist. He was a founding member and one-time leader of the Communist Party of Italy and was imprisoned by Benito Mussolini's Fascist regime.
