Michel Foucault personality type is ENTP, it is also true that the Ni function is more responsible for his behaviour than the Ti function. He was quite obsessive, even to the point of being compulsive. He would often become obsessed with an idea or project and then not be able to stop thinking about it until he was finished with it or until he became bored with it or until he was finished with himself. He would then discard the idea and move on to something else, but he would always come back to it, just as he would come back and revise and rewrite and revise and rewrite the same essays and treatises and lectures and books and films and films and films and films and films and films, over and over and over and over again. He would often become obsessed with some particular aspect of some particular area of some particular discipline — some particular aspect — of film, or of writing, or of history, or of biology, or of medicine, or of philosophy. And he would then just start writing about that aspect, and then having written about that aspect, he would then write about that aspect again, until he had written about that aspect several times more than anyone else had ever written about that aspect and no one else would ever write about that aspect again.
