    ISFJs are the most common of the four types according to Jung's theory. They are known for being kind, gentle and cooperative. They are good listeners and tend to be the most patient among all the types. ISFJs can be found in all professions and businesses and are often called upon for help and advice. They do well in leadership roles and making decisions.

    Ned Joel Block is an American philosopher working in philosophy of mind who has made important contributions to the understanding of consciousness and the philosophy of cognitive science. He has been professor of philosophy and psychology at New York University since 1996.
