Wyzen is the only example of a character I've seen who has a non-standard relationship with his superior, regardless of whether the superior is actually an evil character.

The only significant conflict in this show is between Wyzen and his superior, Nobunaga. Nobunaga is an evil character who gets off on having subordinates do his dirty work for him, but he's also an OTP, so I think it's reasonable for Wyzen to have feelings for him. However, since Wyzen is an ESTJ, it would be very difficult for him to interact with Nobunaga in a romantic way.
Wyzen's other romantic interests are largely superficial, superficial characters who are mostly trivial. There are exception characters, but the show doesn't really work with them in this way. This is very similar to the situation in the books, where I'm not sure there are any real romances in the books.
