Sarah personality type is ESTJ, which is the most common type in the United States. It’s also one of my types. ESTJs are calm, responsible, hardworking, and loyal. That four-letter description of me is pretty much what’s on my job description. I like what I do, and I like who I do it with.
I came to this job because I wanted to help people, and I like working with people. I like talking with people about their issues, and I like seeing them solve their problems. I like that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
To be honest, though, my favorite thing about my job is the training. It was so exciting for me to learn the ins and outs of the system. It was so exciting for me to learn how to do different things on my computer—like use the phone system or change the software settings—and it was so exciting to learn about all the different laws that affect adoption.
I’ve learned all kinds of things about adoption, and I’ve learned that there are so many different ways to adopt a child.
