What is the personality type of Shanghai? Which MBTI personality type best fits? Personality type for Shanghai from Sonny Boy and what is the personality traits.
Shanghai personality type is ESTJ, a decision-making, relationship-focused type.
“The ESTJ is a person who is very clear about their goals and values and the way they want to live their life,” said Weng. “They’re the ones who pull the strings because they have a good sense of what needs to be done and how things need to be done.”
ESTJs have a special preference for hierarchy and organization, and love to have a clear understanding of what they can expect from those around them, Weng said. They are practical, hardworking, and driven to get things done.
As an additional bonus, Weng said ESTJs are often excellent leaders.
“They really care about their people,” she said. “They’re also very good at recruiting people to get what they’re after.”
For the past few months, Weng has been working with her fellow Shanghai students on a project related to the city. The group of students has enjoyed researching the Shanghai culture and interviewing Shanghai residents about their lives in the city.
