“Yes, I am an INFP and this is a long-winded way of saying it. I have found that I am (in general) a very logical, concrete thinker, and although I enjoy abstract concepts and theory, I tend to see them as more of a flight of fancy than anything real. I always seem to be able to see the practical side of things, and often know exactly what is wrong with something before the other person even sees their error.
I have an extremely good memory, and can recall almost anything. This can be both a good and a bad thing – I have a tendency to over-analyze things and try to find the most logical explanation for every scenario. This tendency can also be, ironically, a very good thing when dealing with people who don’t listen to logic, who happen to be (unsurprisingly) my favorite people to talk to! Most people who don’t want to be bothered with logical explanations are often unwilling to follow through on the explanation given, but the INFP will do it.
I will admit that I am not always logical or practical.
