Dona Cininha is one of my favorite personalities because she is so direct and outspoken. She is not afraid to speak her mind and will not hesitate to stand up for herself even if it means offending someone. She is a true leader who will do what needs to be done, even if it means making an example of someone for not following the rules. It is often said that an ESTJ will lead by example and that is very true in the case of Dona Cininha.
