Harvey Bullock is the owner and operator of Bullock's Hardware and Supply, a small hardware and supply store in Gotham City. It's located in the West End district along Wayne Avenue and is also close to the Gotham City Police Department. Bullock has been operating the store since he was 18 years old. The store is the only place in the neighborhood that sells things out of necessity, not because they are in high demand. A sign in the store reads "We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm. Closed Sundays.". Bullock is known in the neighborhood for his rambunctious behavior.
