This is a very interesting personality type, because it is a combination of the Extraversion and Sensing traits. Extraversion is extraverted sensing, and it means that the ESTJ perceives and experiences the world through their five senses. They are driven to know things and see things for themselves. Their thoughts and ideas are of fundamental importance, and they often have a tendency to tell others what to do. They are very action-oriented and tend to want to get things done.
Sensing is introverted sensing, and it means that they think about things and situations very carefully and logically. They tend to process information and evaluate it thoroughly, and then they make decisions based on their analysis and judgment. They think of new ideas and possibilities, and they are driven to make things happen.
Together, these two traits make up the ESTJ’s drive to make things happen.
