Shade personality type is INTP, but there is no one way to be an INTP. It’s more of a spectrum. Some of the most prominent INTPs I know have the “shade” personality type.
Shade personalities are much more likely to be introverted, intuitive, and highly theoretical. They are less likely to be extroverted and more likely to be quite pessimistic and pessimistic about the future.
INTPs who are depressed and/or suicidal are often thought as having the negative shade personality type. They are less likely to be extroverted and more likely to be quite pessimistic and pessimistic about the future.
Extroverts have a tendency to have a rosier view of the future and are more likely to have a social life and be optimistic about the future. Introverts are more likely to be pessimistic and pessimistic about the future.
I would say that INTPs with depression and suicidal tendencies share some qualities with INTPs who are socially oriented. They are both highly theoretical and less extroverted. Both can be very pessimistic about the future, but they aren’t necessarily depressed or suicidal.
