If he is INTJ, he is an INTP (Introverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, Perceiving).
I know INTJs are different from INTPs, but I don't know enough to say definitively, and I don't want to go wrong.

He is also very introverted, which is why people think of him as an INTJ. He is also very introverted and very concerned with the future. He feels that he has to get his priorities straight and make sure he gets the most out of life. He IS an INTJ.

But while he is indeed an INTP, he is not just a "predictable" INTP. He is also very intelligent and genuinely cares about other people.
