In fact, Saffron claims he was so busy working on a side project that he was neglecting his work at the restaurant. The owner even said that Saffron was going to be replaced by a new chef who was going to be hired from outside.
The chef wasn’t hired, and Saffron still isn’t back at the restaurant.
The owner also said that Saffron sabotaged a potential chance to increase his salary by leaving a string of negative reviews on Glassdoor.
