Mark Personality Type, MBTI

Mark personality type is ISTJ, which means that their dominant function is Introverted Sensing. In their auxiliary position they have Extraverted Thinking, which can still be a little difficult to grasp for those of us who don’t have a dominant function in our secondary position. For example, a common misconception is that a person who has a strong Extraverted Thinking function is a “headstrong” individual, but in reality, they are simply logical-minded. They are not bossy at all, and they are not necessarily trying to control other people by being domineering as the Extraverted Thinking function is not as good as the intuition of the Introverted Sensing function. In fact, ISTJ’s are very good at being able to see both sides of a situation and understand the other person’s point of view. The ISTJ can very often take a problem and come up with a solution that is fair and works well for everyone involved.
