Daredevil personality type is INTJ, and that is how I see him, too. But I don't think I am a very good judge of that. As for the other two, I'm not very good at judging them, either. [who exactly is a thinking and feeling (S,F) personality type? The only one I know of is INFJ which doesn't sound like Daredevil]
I am all in favor of the idea that Daredevil is a thinking, feeling type, but I am uncomfortable with how this interpretation affects the character's development. I'll have to think more about this.
I think you are asking the wrong question. The real question is this: Is Daredevil a normal person or is he somehow different? If he is different, then what is different about him? One way to ponder this is to ask this question: If Daredevil were to go out in public, would anyone recognize him?

I'd like to see Daredevil as a Thinking and Feeling type, but I agree with other posters here that Daredevil is not a Thinking and Feeling type. He is a Feeling and Thinking type.
