Paula personality type is ESTJ, which is a very good thing to note. As I mentioned above, her dominant function of Extraverted Thinking is a very good thing for her because it gives her the ability to keep her head about her and manage things with a cool head. When she's feeling overwhelmed by the situation, she can still pull herself together and make the best decision possible. I also like that she has a bit of a "get things done" mentality that she can use to get the job done. This is something that I know a lot of ESTJs have and it is one of the best things about them. She also has some very good traits of the ESFJ personality type. She is genuine and very caring, which is something that ESFJs can be very good at. She also has a very good work ethic, which is also something that ESFJs are known for.
Now, most of my observations were positive but there were some drawbacks that I found as well. First off, her Introverted Sensing was a bit weak for me. I like that she's very spontaneous but she also gets caught up in the moment and loses control of herself from time to time.
