They're also incredibly analytical when it comes to their own development process. They take a lot of time to think about what they're doing, and why they're doing it. They're often perfectionists, and they don't like to make mistakes. They work very hard to solve problems in a very deliberate way.
They're also very creative, but they're often not very good at communicating that creativity. They can be very blunt and direct with their criticism, which is good for the code quality, but bad for making friends.
