Black personality type is ENTJ, so they could be in the mood to party, but they could also be feeling a little bit down. I can’t tell you what the one or two letter code would be.
In the last 15-20 years, the E is the one that has been lost. You can see in some of the older films, like The Matrix, where the W and the E are in sync. I think now we’re seeing a lot of the films where the E is slowing down, and the W and the I are speeding up.
E is really good at holding together a team of people and providing a structure. I think that’s what people are missing about this personality type. People have this impression that the E is all about creativity, but that’s not their primary strength. They’re more focused on structure, and they’re good at managing others.
For me, as an INTJ, I have more creativity, but I’m more focused on structure than I am on creativity.
