Arvind Kejriwal personality type is ESTJ, I would be surprised if he does not become a Minister in the Modi Cabinet.
The above two points are my personal views, based on my conversations with him.
Kejriwal is a naturally outspoken, confident man. He is a leader who has a high degree of self confidence. He will tell you straight up what he thinks, and is not afraid to express his opinions in a constructive manner.
This is a stark contrast to the likes of Patidar Anamat Andolan leader Hardik Patel, who has a history of being abrasive and provocative with his public statements.
In contrast you have the likes of Ram Madhav, who is a very smart man, who is very reserved and circumspect in his public speeches. He will speak only when he feels it is the right time to do so.
In my opinion, Ram Madhav will have a significant role in the BJP hierarchy going forward, particularly in the run up to the 2019 general elections.

Arvind Kejriwal (born 16 August 1968) is an Indian politician and a former bureaucrat who is the current and 7th Chief Minister of Delhi since February 2015. He was also the Chief Minister of Delhi from December 2013 to February 2014, stepping down after 49 days of assuming power. Currently, he is the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party, which won the 2015 Delhi Assembly elections with a historic majority, obtaining 67 out of 70 assembly seats.
