Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj personality type is ENFJ, which is not the same as the ESFJ personality type. I think the best way to differentiate between the two is that the ESFJ is the more "conventional" type and often appears as a social worker, a psychologist, a therapist or a nurse. The ENFJ is the more "unconventional" type who appears as an artist, a photographer, a writer or a lawyer. I have just read a very interesting book on this matter called "The Big Book of Personality Type". It is written by Linda V. Berens, Ph. D. and Barbara Ann Krahn. According to the book, the ENFJ is the most creative type, while the ESFJ is the most organized and responsible type. However, I must say that I do not agree with this theory as I believe there are many ESFJs who are organized and responsible, while there are many ENFJs who are not organized and responsible. What I do know is that there are ESFJs who can be very creative, while there are ENFJs who can be very organized and responsible. Also, I must say that I believe the difference between these two types lies in their values and not in their personalities.
