Well, it seems like our Scootaloo is a very arrogant, self-centered and very manipulative character. She's not very good at keeping secrets and she's always bragging about how awesome she is.
But she has a pretty good heart and she cares about the other ponies enough to help them out when they're in trouble, and she's willing to help the other ponies if she needs to. But her true colors show when she's not around like when she's with Draconequus or when she gets mad at Apple Bloom and Rarity.
