Beck Oliver personality type is ISTP, and that is a great starting point for understanding him. My experience with ISTP men (and women) has been that they are good and honest people, and very direct and straightforward, and this is exactly how Oliver is, and the fact that he is a racecar driver says it all. He’s a very real person, and I think this is very refreshing. As with all men, he is a man of his own word, and will keep his word as long as it suits him.
In this book, he gives us a taste of who he is as a person, and as a man. It’s a revealing book with a lot of very interesting personal insights. It’s a great book.
The reason why I am going on at such length about this book is that I have been reading many reviews of it on Amazon, and most of them have been quite negative, and I think there are a number of reasons for this.
Firstly, most of the reviews were written by women who have little or no knowledge of ISTP men, or who have had little or no experience with them themselves.
