Estelle Dumont personality type is INTP, and I’m INFP. Both are very logical, detail-oriented, and analytical. We’re more of our own person than other people, and we prefer to decide things for ourselves.
We’re brilliant, but we’re also very hard on ourselves, so we tend to focus all of our energy on the negative. And this can be a problem. We’re not good at dealing with our emotions, and we don’t want to let others in on our inner turmoil.
This causes us to come off as cold and distant. We don’t mean to be, but it happens because we’re so focused on what’s going on inside of us that we can’t see what’s going on outside of us. When someone sees us as cold and distant, they often assume that we have no feelings at all.
To me, that’s not true at all. I just don’t show them to the world.
And I think that one of the reasons that my personality type works well for me is because I have so much self-confidence in myself.
