In my experience, having a close friend who is INTP is a great way to be more accepting of their personality type as well as better understand it. There are a lot of similarities between INTPs and myself, and it’s nice to be able to see that in another person. It also helped me understand my own personality better as well as the INTP personality better.
I mean, I don’t know much about your personality type. I don’t know if you have an INTP or INTJ, so being able to talk about the differences between them is great. I don’t know if you have a lot of motivation or a ton of goals, so being able to discuss how they handle stress and pressure is wonderful. There are so many good things about having someone who is INTP to talk to about their personality, and it’s a shame that all of those good things just aren’t enough.
It didn’t have to be this way.
