Luna Lovegood personality type is INFP, as described by the MBTI test. So, my theory is they are INFPs who have been made to believe they are something else.

The MBTI test is a personality test that supposedly gives you a description of your personality type and tendencies. I've taken it before and I found that it just didn't seem to fit me. I took the test again and got a different result than the first time, and I am sure that there was some difference between the two tests, but I still think that the test doesn't really work.
I want to stress that this is my theory, not a fact. Everyone is different and has different personalities and opinions of what they think of as "their" personality. Also, you should take this test with a grain of salt.

But, what about Luna's personality type? Does she really fit the description of an INFP? I think she is more like an INTP. She is very laid back and calm (INTP). She is very intelligent and has an unconventional view on life (INTP).
