Tezzeret personality type is ENTJ, The Mastermind (I would critique this as an ENTJ would likely be more like the mastermind of the group, not the mastermind of the game). This is not to say that Tezzeret won’t try to influence the other players, but he won’t do it directly. He’ll let them believe their own plan is the only way, and then strike at them when they are not expecting it.
Tezzeret’s greatest strength is not his intelligence, but his ability to understand the actions of others and to understand what they want, and to take advantage of that. He has an uncanny gift for reading people, which is why he’s so great at his job. It’s also why he’s so good at manipulating others.
No one is totally stupid, especially not an INTJ. They are just not as knowledgeable about people as they think they are. Tezzeret will play them like a fiddle, taking advantage of their ignorance and the things they say they care about, because he knows they don’t really care about that stuff.
