Danielle Busby personality type is ESTJ, in my experience, in the workplace. ESTJs are typically very good at their jobs, but not necessarily the most creative. They're known for being very ambitious and having a lot of interests. They're good at what they do, but not always the most passionate. I get that from her character in this book. She's a little bit of a workaholic, which makes sense since she wants to be a career woman.
What did you draw from your own experience? Are there other characters in it that you feel a similar connection with?
I drew a lot from my own experience because I'm a very driven person. I don't get a lot of time to just chill out, but I have to have a job that I enjoy doing because I'm so driven. I have to have something that pays the bills and that takes priority over everything else. That's how I feel about my writing life. In the book, Lily has a lot of the same qualities that I have because she wants to be a career woman and have a job that she enjoys. I've been going back and forth between being a stay-at-home mom or a career woman, so it's kind of a common theme for me.
