I have never met a more determined person than Coach K. He has always looked forward instead of back. He has always focused on the next step and kept his eye on the prize. He has always been a true leader and a builder, a visionary. He will be remembered as one of the greatest college coaches of all time.
Krzyzewski is one of my favorite people who has coached basketball. I admire him not only because of his accomplishments, but because of his values. He understands the importance of the team and what makes it work.
He is someone I would like to emulate because he understands that our strengths are the sum of all our parts, and that any individual can be successful if they are surrounded by others who help them succeed.
I have been lucky enough to play for Coach K for four years, and I have learned so much from him.
