I like to think of myself as someone who is always thinking about what’s best for everyone. I don’t mean that in a manipulative way; I mean that I feel like I am always acting in the best interest of others. And when you think about it, this is probably true. I’m the one who is most motivated by helping others; therefore, I can help others best by giving them good ideas.
Although I like to think of myself as the one who always comes up with good ideas, this isn’t always the case. Sometimes (often) I am simply too anxious to speak up and am too worried about what people will think of me if I am not heard.
