Billy Martin personality type is ESTJ, which means I am more of a "doer" than a "thinker." While I have some introverted tendencies, I definitely prefer being around people to being alone. I've noticed that this can sometimes be uncomfortable for my friends and family, but it's a part of who I am and something that I'm not willing to change. I'm also a very optimistic person and believe that anything is possible, which is why it's hard for me to see the world as a pessimistic place.
When I look at someone like Martin, who seems to be an extremely private person despite his public persona, I sometimes wonder if this means he doesn't like people or is just uncomfortable with them. Either way, it's definitely interesting to see the way he interacts with others and his own thoughts and feelings.

First known as a scrappy infielder who made considerable contributions to the championship Yankee teams of the 1950s, he then built a reputation as a manager who would initially make bad teams good, before ultimately being fired amid dysfunction.
